Welcome to Glaze (the "App"), operated by donteatlemons LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a company based in Seattle, Washington, United States. Glaze is a mobile application designed to assist users in writing with the help of artificial intelligence. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

8. Termination

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, donteatlemons LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including damages related to reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seattle, Washington.
